During the global pandemic in 2020, we realized more than ever the importance of convenience when it came to our customers picking up food. In the heart of Minneapolis, we never thought we were too far away. However, as the months passed we began to hear our customers suggest we open more restaurants in new cities, closer to their homes. These requests were coming in daily.

Knowing that even if we branched out we could never be close to everyone, we realized it was time to do so in a new, modern way that would easily bring our kitchen to our customers’ homes.
